How to Request Deletion

  • During transactions: Use the immediate deletion option on our processing page
  • After transactions: Contact support with your Order ID and deletion request
  • Support data: Request deletion after your case is resolved
Deletion Limitations

Once data is deleted, it cannot be recovered for any reason, including to help resolve transaction issues. Consider this carefully before requesting deletion.

Important Notes

  • Standard data retention: 72 hours (auto-deleted)
  • Manual deletion available anytime before auto-deletion
  • Once deleted, we cannot assist with transaction issues
  • Keep your own records if needed for tax/compliance
