Standard Swaps (Expected: 3-5 minutes)

  • Usually complete within 3-5 minutes
  • Network congestion may cause delays up to 15-30 minutes
  • Check if your deposit transaction is confirmed on-chain

Private Swaps (Expected: 20-40 minutes)

  • Can take 20-40 minutes due to multi-hop routing
  • May extend to 60+ minutes during network congestion
  • Uses dual-exchange system which requires additional processing time
  • If over 2 hours, contact support with your Order ID

Common Causes of Delays

  • High network traffic and congestion
  • Exchange processing backlogs
  • Cross-chain bridge delays
  • Insufficient gas fees causing stuck transactions

What You Can Do

  1. Check your deposit transaction status on the blockchain explorer
  2. Verify the transaction was sent to the correct deposit address
  3. Wait for network congestion to clear (most delays resolve automatically)
  4. Contact support with your Order ID if unusually delayed
